The second victim was shot in Roxbury just after 10 a.m. Saturday in the area of 36 Nazing St. Police say that man, who is also believed to be in his 20s, was sitting in his car and suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

That shooting occurred near a makeshift memorial for an Oct. 19 fatal shooting.
