President-elect Donald Trump's promise to either eliminate or significantly overhaul the Affordable Care Act has Massachusetts hospitals trying to figure out how the care they deliver might change.

On Wednesday, Gov. Charlie Baker said he's committed to keeping health insurance coverage for everyone in the state, regardless of what changes come from the White House.

Obamacare was largely modeled on the system here in Massachusetts.

We discussed the uncertainty of what's to come with Massachusetts Health and Hospital Association President Lynn Nicholas.
