The lead investigator for the state gaming commission says the allegations of sexual misconduct against casino mogul Steve Wynn did not surface when they were looking at his suitability for a gaming license in Everett.

WBUR's Steve Brown attended a gaming commission meeting Wednesday afternoon and joined All Things Considered to report on the panel's reaction to the allegations against Wynn.
