Investigators say the discoveries of three bodies along the Connecticut River in western Massachusetts over the past several days are unrelated and foul play is not suspected in any of the incidents.

The Hampden District Attorney's office says the remains of a man were found on Memorial Day near the Pioneer Valley Yacht Club in Longmeadow.

On Saturday, police in West Springfield responded to the report of human remains being found north of the Memorial Bridge. Officials say the body is believed to be that of a man who had been reported missing in January.

And on Monday, police discovered a body near the North End Bridge in West Springfield.

No names have been released and the causes of death remain under investigation.
