House Democrats are unveiling articles of impeachment against the president Tuesday.

The articles charge the president with abuse of power in the Ukraine affair and the obstruction of Congress.

As NPR reports, the unveiling comes 77 days after they launched a formal inquiry into his withholding of aid to Ukraine and request to investigate a political rival.
