The Patriots wrapped up an AFC division title by winning on Saturday.

The Pats locked down their 11th consecutive AFC East title by rallying for a 24-17 win over Buffalo.

The Bills led 17-16 until Rex Burkhead ran in from the Buffalo 1 with 5:11 remaining. Tom Brady found Julian Edelman for the 2-point conversion to make it a seven-point game.

Brady passed for 271 yards and a touchdown as the 12-3 Patriots dropped the Bills to 10-5. The 42-year-old Brady also sneaked for a third-down conversion to set up another score and threw a downfield block on another scoring drive.
