Baker Looks To A Post-Pandemic World In His State Of The Commonwealth Address

It wasn't your typical State of the Commonwealth address Tuesday night. Limits on gathering size made Gov. Charlie Baker's annual update a virtual affair. Instead of delivering his address from a packed House chamber, Baker spoke directly into a TV camera from his State House office.
