Somerville Mayor Will Not Seek A 10th Term

The city of Somerville will be getting a new mayor. Joe Curtatone announced Monday that he will not seek a 10th term.

Curtatone was first elected in 2003, and is the longest serving chief executive in Somerville's history.

He joined WBUR's Morning Edition host Bob Oakes to discuss the announcement and his future plans.
