Woman Shot And Killed Outside Roslindale Drug Store

Police are investigating a homicide after a woman was shot and killed in Roslindale on Thursday afternoon.

The woman was found suffering from gunshot wounds outside a drug store in the area of Cornith and Birch streets around 1:18 p.m., Boston police said in a statement.

She was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead. Authorities have not released her identity.

Investigators ask anyone with information to contact police or submit an anonymous tip.
