After Iraqi Kurdish Independence Vote Backfires, 'I Do Not Regret It,' Says Barzani

Masoud Barzani stepped down last week as president of Iraq's Kurdistan regional government. The independence referendum he pushed through resulted in a military attack by Iraqi forces.
