Mass burial sights, hidden curses, blood curdling screams… and laughs?  The Only A Game staff has some fun traveling in time to the 2012 Olympics in London.

Instead of playing an actual game, what if the Super Bowl was determined by each team’s fight song? This week on Only A Game Bill gets some help figuring out who would win between the Cardinals and the Steelers as American Public Radio’s Jim Derogatis and Gerg Kot join the show to breakdown the Super Bowl team’s fight songs.

Sport plumbing?  Why not?  A plumbing supplier in Sarasota is making the best of a bad situation with an athletic contest that brings the plumbing community together.  Bobbie O’Brien reports.

Marshall Jon Fisher’s A Terrible Splendor: Three Extraordinary Men, A World Poised For War, and the Greatest Tennis Match Ever Played focuses on the 1937 Davis Cup semifinal matchup between the German team and the Americans. Fisher goes beyond the tennis played and examines the men involved. The author joins Bill to discuss A Terrible Splendor and Fisher’s growing interest to the players and coaches.
