International Criminal Court Opens at the Hague36:17

The International Criminal Court opens today at the Hague, in the Netherlands, without the support of the United States. The US is refusing to join 74 other countries backing the court, which will hear complaints of human rights abuses, genocide, and crimes against humanity.
