photoA year ago today Secretary of State Colin Powell made the case to the U.N. Security Council that Iraq was an urgent threat. This week he said the absence of weapons stockpiles "changes the political calculus" about whether to go to war. A day later, in a message coordinated with the White House, he said, "the president made the right decision."
