With John Kerry now the presumptive nominee, the question isn't who wins Florida's presidential primary but what impact the bruising 2000 punch-card fiasco has on the psyche of Floridians four years on. Is there a big political chill peeking through the sun? Are voters revved up or giving up on the political process?
