Judge Designates Abu Ghraib Prison A Crime Scene
PlayToday a military judge declared the Abu Ghraib prison a crime scene that cannot be dismantled. In a May 24th, 2004 speech at the Army War College, President Bush had offered to dismantle the facility to help remove the stain of torture from the new Iraq.
