photoThe Bush Administration has been talking about the threat of nuclear terrorism on American soil for years. On September 8th, 2002, Condoleezza Rice sounded a strong warning. She was talking about Iraq then, but a nuclear attack inside America is a very real concern for top level security experts now.

"It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when" says one anti-terror expert. Defense expert Graham Allison believes not enough has been done to prevent the unthinkable.
