Journalist Jailed

photoAll along, New York Times reporter Judith Miller said she wouldn't name her source in the Valerie Plame/CIA leak case. Today, a judge sentenced her to jail.

Miller said she had no choice but to protect her source. The prosecutor, US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald, countered that "we can't have 50,000 journalists each making their own decision about whether to reveal sources."
