We look at the event that has sent shockwaves through America — the shooting spree in Arizona that targeted Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.

10:11 am, Saturday morning, in a supermarket parking lot in Tucson, Arizona, the shooting began.

One shooter, one bullet – right through the brain of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords. Then shot after shot from the Glock 19 semi-automatic pistol of 22-year Jared Loughner.

A federal judge is dead. A nine-year-old girl is dead. Dorothy Morris, Dorwin Stoddard, Gabriel Zimmerman, Phyllis Schneck – all dead.

Is this politics in America now? One crazy gunman? Both?
