Watching The Cops? There's An App For That
Earlier this month, we took a look at how police departments are arresting citizens who record them as they go about their duties.
Talk about a timely topic. After the Bruins won the Stanley Cup later that day, the Vancouver Police Department reported that they received one million photos and 1,000 hours of videos documenting the riots, the police, and the chaos that erupted after game seven. (Not to mention that famous kissing couple.)
Today, the Atlantic took a look a the issue, noting that a new app allow for easy recording of law enforcement...and any anyone else.
