More With ART Director Diane Paulus
PlayShe has been described as the most important new force in theater in Boston. Diane Paulus, artistic director of the American Repertory Theater, joined us Thursday to talk about her first two groundbreaking productions: "The Donkey Show," her interpretation of Shakespeare's "Midsummer Night's Dream," and "Sleep No More" based on "Macbeth."
As we continue our conversation on Friday, Paulus explains why she decided to stage "Gatz," a word-for-word reading of "The Great Gatsby" that lasted almost seven hours.
