The Return Of The Tax Holiday

This weekend, most products under $2,500 will not be subject to the state's 6.25 percent sales tax in what has become something of an August tradition: the tax holiday. Last year Beacon Hill chose to forgo that tax break because of the recession and tight state budget. We talk about what's changed between then and now.
