Cape residents are stocking up on groceries, leaving the campgrounds and pulling their boats from the harbors. Hurricane Earl is expected to arrive in New England Friday evening, but a hurricane warning has been issued for much of southeastern Massachusetts, from Westport to Hull on the South Shore. We get the latest from the Cape — and ask whether it's time to cancel those beach plans.
