Harbor Garage Developers Have A New Plan

Boston developer Don Chiofaro has come up with a new plan for redeveloping his Harbor Garage, but the plan still proposes buildings far above the 200-foot height limit set by the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Boston Mayor Tom Menino has been opposed to the construction of towers at the prime location between the Rose Kennedy Greenway and Boston Harbor, and this latest plan marks a compromise by the developers.
