In the race for Massachusetts governor, the latest polls show incumbent Democrat Deval Patrick maintaining his lead against Republican challenger Charlie Baker. And the battle in the 10th Congressional district — between Democrat Bill Keating and Republican Jeff Perry --looks like it's going to be a nail biter.

Meanwhile, state treasurer candidate Karyn Polito, a Republican, is embroiled in a controversy about the awarding of Red Sox license plates. We also discuss an arrest at Roxbury Community College that some witnesses say involved excessive force.
