Bound To Last: Authors On Their Favorite Books

In his new anthology of essays "Bound to Last: 30 Writers on their Most Cherished Book," author and editor Sean Manning asked other authors to write about the inspiration their favorite book has given them.

Author, National Book Award winner, and Boston-area native Julia Glass was asked by Manning to contribute to the anthology.

Glass' latest novel is "The Widower's Tale," and her essay about the children's book "Roar and More" appears in Manning's new anthology, "Bound to Last: 30 Writers on their Most Cherished Book."
