In late September, Mattapan was rocked by a shooting spree that left four people dead and a fifth victim clinging to his life out on the street in the middle of the night. Among the dead was a mother found holding her two-year-old son, who had also been shot and killed.

Now, two months later, the investigation of the murders continues. On Tuesday, 33-year-old Dwayne Moore was arraigned in Dorchester District Court on charges of murder, armed robbery and home invasion. He pleaded not guilty.

WBUR's Steve Brown was there, and he joins Radio Boston to explain how Tuesday's arraignment shed light on the fatal shooting.
