Cyber Monday was a happy day for retailers; not so much for tax collectors.

By one estimate, Massachusetts loses out on half-a-billion dollars a year in sales tax revenue because we don't pay sales tax on online purchases from out-of-state retailers, such as Amazon. But just because we don't pay doesn't mean we're not supposed to pay. WBUR's Andrew Phelps explains.
