Shoveling Out And Paying Up
ResumeFor many cities and towns across the state, the weather outside this winter has been frightful — all this white snow has left many of their snow removal budgets in the red.

Plus, WBUR's Andrew Phelps tells us the story of a boy genius who has figured out how to predict snow days with remarkable accuracy.
