SJC Rules In Favor Of Legal Immigrants
This afternoon, the state Supreme Judicial Court issued a major decision regarding legal immigrants and whether or not they should be allowed to participate in the state's landmark health reform plan.
The court ruled that the state's exclusion of thousands of legal immigrants from state-subsidized health coverage collides with constitutional rights.
