People in Boston and throughout the world struggled this week with how to understand the death of Osama Bin Laden.

Meanwhile, Sen. John Kerry, chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, held hearings on what bin Laden's death means for U.S.-Pakistan relations and the future of the war in Afghanistan.
