"If one of us breaks, we all fall."

That's what former Massachusetts House Speaker, Salvatore DiMasi, is alleged to have said to his alleged co-conspirators when their alleged kick-back scheme started to come apart. Allegedly.

Who's doing all the alleging? Today it's the one who broke. Joseph Lally, the big money software salesman who claims to have hatched a complex scheme to funnel cash to DiMasi in exchange for help landing a state contract.

Lally has flipped. He is now the prosecution's star witness, and on Thursday he's on the stand for a second straight day.
