JFK Library Responds To Family Threat To Withdraw RFK Papers

Former Massachusetts Rep. Joesph Kennedy, son of Robert F. Kennedy, took to the pages of the New York Times Monday, threatening to withdraw his father's documents from the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library in Dorchester. His family has long felt that the JFK Library hasn't done enough to recognize RFK's legacy.

The saber-rattling comes at a time when archivists are about to release dozens of boxes of RFK's documents, some of which were previously classified.

JFK Presidential Library Director Thomas Putnam joins us to respond to the controversy.
