Mass. Congressional Delegation Watches Debt Talks

President Obama urged lawmakers toward compromise on the debt debate at news conference Friday.

House Speaker John Boehner's plan has failed to gain traction in the House, even among Boehner's Republican majority. The stalemate in Washington means no movement on a debt ceiling solution, as the deadline to raise the ceiling approaches on Tuesday.
