Mass. Lawmakers Consider '3 Strikes' Parole Reform Bill
ResumeLawmakers on Beacon Hill are considering a reform bill which would deny parole to anyone who had been convicted of more than three violent crimes. The “three strikes and your out” provision is controversial, because critics say it will add to our already over populated prisons.
