It was a busy week up on Beacon Hill as legislators scrambled to pass bills before they recessed for the rest of the year. One big bill sitting on the governor's desk now will bring casinos to the Commonwealth.

Meanwhile, Occupy Boston won the right to stay in Dewey Square for the time being. Politics continued to heat up in New Hampshire with Mitt Romney leading President Barack Obama in the polls.

But at the same time, Romney encountered criticism here in Massachusetts over reports that at the end of his term as governor, his staff purchased government hard drives that contained official records.

We take a closer look at the week's news in review.
