Monday is the deadline for this month's Zip Code Stories project, which we produce in cooperation with The Drum Audio Literary Magazine.

With the deadline fast approaching, author Elyssa East has shared with us a bit of her book, "Dogtown," set amongst the old colonials and winding streets of Gloucester, on Cape Ann. Her descriptive writing sets the scene for the action of the book.

Now it's your turn to submit a short story about one of our four selected zip codes this month:  Gloucester, Brockton, Roslindale, and Wellesley, by 10 p.m. on Monday, January 9. Details about how to submit your story can be found HERE.

Guest:

  • Elyssa East, author, "Dogtown: Death and Enchantment in a New England Ghost Town"
