Commonhealth: Brain Decline May Begin At 45

While previous research suggested the cognitive decline does not begin until the age of 60. But a major new study on "cognitive decline" out in the BMJ (formerly known as the British Medical Journal) states that our brains may begin slowing much earlier--as soon as age 45.
