This week, new polls put Sen. Scott Brown and the leading Democratic challenger Elizabeth Warren within single digits of each other in a race for Senate. Meanwhile, Brown dove headfirst this weekend into the debate over contraception.

Joseph Kennedy III officially launched his Democratic campaign for the congressional seat currently held by Rep. Barney Frank. And the utility companies NStar and Northeast Utilities reached an agreement that moves the Cape Wind project forward.
