The fallout at Curt Schilling's video game company 38 Studios continues this week, as both Schilling and Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee point fingers.

Last week the company laid off its entire staff and defaulted on its $75 million state loan. And Tuesday, Gov. Chafee said the chances of rescuing the company are small.

"Well, hope springs eternal but it does look bleak," Gov. Chafee said. "Just the worst investment that's ever been made in the history of Rhode Island."

Schilling was quoted in the Providence Journal on Tuesday saying that the state was to blame for 38 Studio's financial collapse.
