South African Musician Johnny Clegg

Johnny Clegg brought the pulse of South African music to the U.S. long before Paul Simon's "Graceland." One of South Africa's best known musicians, Clegg is also a song writer, Zulu dancer, activist and anthropologist. Clegg joins Radio Boston in studio to perform live and to talk about his newest album, "Human," his first U.S. release in 17 years.

Johnny Clegg will be performing live at the Somerville Theater on Wednesday, June 27.
