More:  "The Pact" is about a girl who returns to her childhood home, only to deal with her sister Nicole, who disappears upon arrival and then a ton of terrible, awful, life-threatening, ghoulie things happen.

Casper Van Dien is in it, so your quintessential '90s heartthrob requirement will definitely be met.

What: "Two Alike"

Where: The Boston Institute for Contemporary Art

When: Thursday, July 12, 8:30 pm

Price: $20-$25

More:  "Two Alike" is a collaboration between two New York-based artists — sculptor Marc Swanson and choreographer Jack Ferver — that explores the "shattering effects of abuse on queer youth."

The New York Times has called Ferver's work "restless, visceral, and often painful, as sympathetic as it is bitingly corrosive."

And any performance collaboration between a sculptor and a choreographer is bound to result in a visual symphony that prompts a redefinition for the word "art."
