Rep. Barney Frank On The Dodd-Frank Act 2 Years Later

We're marking an anniversary of sorts today. Two years ago, President Obama signed the sweeping Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act into law. The law was intended to end the kind of practices that provoked the financial crisis back in 2008.

But two years on, many of the new rules and regulations have yet to be enacted. According to The Boston Globe, just 120 of the law's nearly 400 regulations are actually in effect.

U.S. Rep. Barney Frank, who represents the 4th Congressional District, joins Radio Boston to talk about the law.
