Coakley Takes Aim At National Grid For Weather Response
ResumeAs we brace for some severe thunderstorms Thursday, you might be thinking back to two of the most intense storms to hit New England in recent years -- Hurricane Irene last August and the surprise October snowstorm in 2011.
More than 64,000 customers were without power in Massachusetts four days after Hurricane Irene.
Well now, Attorney General Martha Coakley is taking National Grid to task for their response to those storms and recommending a $16.3 millon fine.
