'Downeast': A Portrait Of America In Recession

What happens to a small town when a major employer disappears? Beyond jobs and the economy: What happens to its soul? Those are the questions that lured documentary filmmakers David Redmon and Ashley Sabin to Gouldsboro, Maine, where in 2010, the last sardine cannery in the United States shutdown. Their film, "Downeast," will screen this Sunday at the Museum of Fine Arts.
