Ahead of tomorrow night's second presidential debate, we speak to veteran news executive and Cognoscenti contributor Ed Fouhy for his take on the debate format, and see what advice he has for both candidates. Fouhy was the executive producer of the 1988 and 1992 presidential debates and the founder of the Pew Center for Civic Journalism.
