This week, the Red Sox and David Ortiz finalized a two-year contract for $26 million.

But is it a winning move? While Big Papi's signing salary is less than the average for the game's top 125 players, Ortiz is turning 37 later this month, he's coming off a major injury and he was there during the disastrous 2012 season and wasn't able to turn the tide.

Only A Game host Bill Littlefield joined us to talk about the deal and check in on the Patriots and Celtics.

This segment aired on November 9, 2012.
