Week In Review: Mayor's Race, Tech Tax, Casino Vote

This week the field of candidates for City Hall shrunk from 12 to two. A repeal of the tech tax had Republicans in the State House gloating. East Boston alone will vote on a casino proposal. And Mike Capuano is out of the governor's race.
