Our week-in-review begins today with crime and punishment: for the first time in nearly a century, the Massachusetts House of Representatives expelled one of its members: Carlos Henriquez, convicted and imprisoned for domestic violence.  Also this week, computer glitches and health care reform: The state's health connector website gets a reboot. And a task force recommends tightening the state's already tight gun laws.

Last week, he was shirtless on the front page of the Manchester Union Leader. This week...apologizing for renting out his email lists to a conservative website. Is this any way for Scott Brown to begin a possible run for the senate in the Granite State?
