A new exhibit at the Museum of Fine Arts opens today in honor of Boston's long-time romance with Impressionist artwork. But this time, the curators at the MFA have passed the torch to the public.

Last month, museum-goers were invited to vote for their favorites in a pool of fifty Impressionist works from the museum's collection.

The top-voted pieces made it into today's exhibit, affectionately coined, "Boston Loves Impressionism."
