E-Cigarettes: Gateway Or Cure?

Until just a few years ago, electronic cigarettes were relatively obscure. Now, they form a $1.7 billion industry that is steadily growing.  But the e-cigarette has also opened up a divide within the anti-smoking movement: is it a promising harm reduction tool or simply a gateway to smoking tobacco cigarettes?
